24 Hour Call Out Response Service

We offer a seamless 24 hour call out response service which forms an integral element of our customer care policy. It is structured to maximize the integrity of the client’s fire alarm and security systems to ensure the highest level of operational performance at all times throughout the year.

Our Customer care policy strives to exceed customer expectations through the provision of a professional, safe, quality and timely service, which is complimented by effective, innovative and courteous communications. Our engineers aim to be on site within 4 hours to attend to a fault. In practice the majority of sites are attended within one hour.

On receipt of a call, the engineer will contact the originator of the emergency call out and advise on his estimated time of arrival and any immediate action which can be taken by the client.

Monitored Alarm Systems

Amalgamated can manage the monitoring of your fire and security systems ensuring that life, your property and the environment can always be protected.

Our monitoring service includes not only ensuring the most rapid response by fire fighters to any fire incident in the premises, but also constant monitoring of the line and facility so that if a fault develops, or the line is disconnected for any reason then prompt action can be taken to restore service.
